Engagement Structure

Clear terms, defined in advance

Dream Generator works under a written advisory mandate tailored to the scope of each assignment. Professional fees are agreed in advance and reflect the nature and complexity of the work, the markets and jurisdictions covered, the depth of research required, the agreed deliverables and the expected duration and level of involvement.

Depending on the mandate, fees may be structured as a fixed project fee, a periodic advisory retainer or a series of staged payments corresponding to defined phases of work and agreed deliverables.

Any external professional services or third-party costs are identified separately and incurred only with the client’s prior approval.

Dream Generator’s fees remunerate the research, investor scouting, market mapping, strategic analysis and advisory services actually performed. They are not brokerage commissions and are not calculated by reference to the value or completion of a property transaction.

The complete commercial terms are set out clearly in the engagement letter before any work begins.
